I have been involved with art and related media for as long as I can remember. During my youth, I attended the Art School for Gifted Children, a special 4-year after-school program. After completing the program, I stayed at the school for another two years to further explore various art styles and techniques.

In 1995, I found myself intrigued, and ultimately captivated, by HTML - this was my first step into the digital world. Shortly thereafter, I began exploring different graphic design programs and tools.

Traditionally, graphic design has focused on print materials. As digital design was still in its infancy, and web and multimedia design had not yet become recognized fields, I had a unique opportunity to combine knowledge of the "old school" with new ideas, and learn many aspects of digital media. This experience gave me an ability to see all sectors of the graphic design industry through their common fundamentals and principles. Moreover, it helped me to create and manage projects that were to be implemented in different media.

My love for the arts is balanced by my second greatest passion - mathematics. Together, they help me deliver customer-valued solutions in web-architecture and programming. It also perches me on the fine line between the developers' world and the designers' one, and forces me to find the right balance between creativity and usability.
